🧭 Oriental Philosophy: Wisdom Across the Ages

Our Eastern philosophy programmes offer modern and accessible pathways into Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, and the I-Ching (易經)—one of the oldest and most profound texts in Chinese thought.

🌀 The I-Ching, or Book of Changes, is not just a method of divination—it is a philosophical and metaphysical framework that explains the principles of change, balance, and transformation in the universe.
Through yin and yang, and 64 hexagrams formed from combinations of broken and unbroken lines, the I-Ching teaches how all things are interconnected and constantly in flux. Its influence can be seen in Chinese medicine, martial arts, governance, and self-cultivation.

In our workshops, we explore the I-Ching not as superstition, but as a symbolic system of wisdom—one that resonates with contemporary questions of ethics, leadership, and resilience.

🏛 Western Philosophy: The Power of Thought

We also organise workshops that explore the rich tradition of Occidental philosophy, from classical to modern thinkers including Plato, Aristotle, Hobbes, Machiavelli, Kant, Nietzsche, Marx, Heidegger, Umberto Eco, and more. These sessions examine key themes such as justice, freedom, the nature of truth, and the role of the self in society.
