Our Online Interactive Mandarin Class is designed for serious learners who are committed to actively developing their speaking skills. To ensure a productive and interactive learning environment, please note the following rules:

✅ Participation Requirements:

Video Camera Must Be Turned On at All Times
This is a live, interactive course – not a passive webinar. Facial interaction is essential for pronunciation feedback, engagement, and group dynamics.

Active Speaking Participation Is Mandatory
You must be ready to speak, respond, and engage with the teacher and your classmates. This class functions like a small group workshop, not a lecture.

No Automatic Access to Class Recordings
To maintain class quality and prevent absenteeism, recordings will not be provided by default. If you have a valid reason and require a recording:

Inform us at least 3 days in advance

A recording surcharge will apply

No Passive Attendance Allowed
If your intention is to simply listen to theory without speaking, this class may not suit you. We recommend waiting for our future pre-recorded online courses.

⚠️ Strict Enforcement Policy

To protect the integrity of the class and the learning experience of others:

❌ Participants who refuse to turn on their camera or remain unresponsive when addressed will be removed from the session

❌ Repeated violations may result in expulsion from the course with no refund

Access is valid for 4 consecutive calendar months, starting from the date of enrolment.

Long-term access*
Access begins from the date of enrolment and remains valid for as long as the course is hosted on our learning platform.

2. Attendance & Recording Policy

Live interactive sessions are designed to be real-time and participatory, ensuring active engagement and effective learning outcomes.
As such, live sessions are not recorded by default, and attendance is considered an integral part of the course design.

If a session is missed, it will be regarded as completed and no replacement session will be arranged.

Learners who require access to recorded sessions may enquire separately with our admin/marketing team regarding the availability of recorded-session options, which are subject to additional charges due to recording setup, digital storage, and administrative handling.

3. First e-learning recorded lesson will be released by 26 January 2026 (Monday).
